You will need to install Real Alternative first.ġ. RealMedia Splitter allows you to play RealNetworks audio/video files using Windows Media Player. I did manage to find a freeware 'hack' called RealMedia Splitter 1.0.1.0: so looks like i have to play videos on the primary display only. Stopping and starting video does not resolve it. If i drag the real window over to the secondary display, its goes black and video time still going. One bug it seems, is that I'm running a nvidia 6600 dual display, and it only works on the primary display. Real Alternative 1.40 indeed seems to work on 圆4 1433.
For those of you running the Windows XP Pro 圆4 Edition Trial or planning on moving to it, on a AMD64 or Intel 64 bit processor, since does NOT have a 64bit solution at this time, here's whats been posted on the newsgroup:
